customer type file relationship wrongly created?

Hi

Strange one

lookup customer type field

Relationships name were created as 

account_account_37

contact_account_37

When exporting the solution show as missing dependancy for for relationship

fieldnameIDTYPE

fieldnameNAME

For both relationship dependancy
