Hello,

I am currently getting this error when I try to ship a multi doc order.

Does anyone know what this means?

    Can you post screen shots of the error. item tracking window and warehouse shipment window?

    Check the item tracking line and check the field quantity base field

    Try to delete the line and enter again for item tracking
