How to create real time marketing journey programmatically?

Is there anyway to create a real time journey programmatically ? Maybe there's API for this ? I can't find answers.

    This is not possible. Maybe you could describe what you want to achieve? There might be another way to accomplish this.

    Using the API to process customer journeys is only valid for outbound marketing:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/developer/basic-operations-on-customer-journey
    Dynamic marketing only provides the Web API for real-time segment:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/real-time-marketing-api-segment

    I also have similar requirement, currently we use outbound marketing to trigger the journeys for specific marketing list. Requirement is to send the Emails to list of members available in marketing list everyday at a specific time, based on the file we receive we will create the marketing emails and need to add the email to the journeys. is it possible to achieve in real time marketing using segment based journeys programmatically?
