unable to update vendor email

Hi, 

In my company we are using GP 2013 and I am new in GP world.

My user is trying to update the vendor email on "Internet Information" GUI and the system kicks her out.

Please, do you know how to fix it?

    Do you get any error messages? Have you tried this on another computer? How about as logged on as a GP Power User?

    Hi Richard,

    No, I don't get any error message. GP crashes when I try to put a new email or if I just click on "To" button in different computers and even using 'SA' user.

    Before the update to the plugin, emails to Vendors were sent out. I am now unable to send any emails to Vendors as it says emails are deprecated TellDunkin.

    Perhaps performing a repair of both GP and Office might correct this. I have never heard of this before.

    It seems to be a compatibility issue w/ O365. I downgraded it to 1808 version and it is not crashing anymore.
