On Hand inventory

Hi all

What is on hand inventory item.? How we can recognize it through table fields.? I want to make a form which have only on hand items. I want to know How can I recognize on hand item with field.? What is the difference between items and on hand items with respect to tables and fields.?

    Hi,

    O hand inventory item show list of item with information of physical qty, available qty, ordered qty, in order qty ,etc. In this form you also able to break down these information into invetory dimension level (site, warehouse, location, etc).

    InventSum is the table that hold the data of onhand inventory.

    Hi Abdul,

    Can you explain your question? Possibly you want to know in which table the on hand is maintained. This is the InventSum table. If this is not the answer you are looking for, then update your question with more details.

    Hi Abdul,

    If I do understand your question, you want to have a form which shows only items which are currently on stock. In this case you need to be alert on possible performance problems. You can join the InventTable with the InventSum where you sum one of the fields, depending on your definition of on-hand. E.g. total on physical quantity.
