    Hi,

It is directly converted. No batch job running during this process. This performance problem is strictly related to pdf and printing process.

    Hi Kacper.Domagala,

Is there any batch jobs running in your environment which is pulling data from any 3rd party application and pushing in AX in large volume due to which system performance becomes slow?

How you are creating this pdf in system? Is it directly converting to pdf once this is generated?

Have you tried by batch processing and see if this is working fine like before?

    Best regards,

    Hi Kacper,

Are these all similar documents with a similar number of data included?

Do you have a specific report server or do you use the same server that your machines are running on?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
