Hi Dear Community Members,

I have an issue with inventory recalculation in ax 2012 R3. I started a recalculation with batch 2 days ago, it created settlements but unfortunately did not finish yet. I paused and resumed 3 times but not worked. I am not able to cancel or delete it. When I check it in batch job form, Its progress stays at 0,33. Thank you for any advice and suggestions.

there isn't any error because it continues and but do not finish.

Hi Osman,

Many thanks for the update.

In this case I would recommend to get a developer involved.

There seems nothing that you can do from the AX UI.

If you have nobody around who could help you on a short notice then contact the MS support by opening a ticket.

Thank you Ludwig, I appreciate your help. we tried to debug it but it seems to continue. We have to solve it immediately.

I see.

In this case open a support ticket with MS with a high priority.

You should get some help within a couple of hours.

The error is:

Message (12:49:31)

Cannot edit a record in Stok hareketleri (InventTrans).

An update conflict occurred due to another user process deleting the record or changing one or more fields in the record.

Hi Osman,

You can create a support ticket in LCS. Simply select your project and then press the hamburger button and select support. In this support issues form you can create and submit support issues.

My issue solved spontaneously. I just stopped and resumed once again, and finished.
