worksheet status flag icon didnot show

Hi,

In my hq manager, when view worksheet, the worksheet status field is shown as code (e.g 1, 2 ,3 etc.), not show as the small color icon (white, green). Also the store progress flag is show as code, not the flag picture icon. What wrong with it? Is there any file get corrupted, how to solve this issue. And what is the code meaning? As I knew 1=Not yet approved, 2=Approved for processing 3=In process..what 's about others? Thank you for suggestion

How do you get the icons back instead of the numbers?

4=completed successfully, 5=completed with errors, 6=completed with warnings, 7=acknowledge and file
