Account Payable Parameters setup

Hi all,

I have created journal  in  General Ledger->Journals - >Journal names

But this journal does't displayed in Account Payable Parameters - AIF.

Can anybody provide the solutions.

    Hi vaasu,

    Journal name should have type = "Invoice register", otherwise you won't be able to see it.

    Can you check whether your journal is setup with the journal type "invoice register"?

    Hi vaasu,

    Do you have sufficient rights to make a change to the parameters and/or can another user make this selection?

    How is your invoice register journal setup? Can you probably post a Screen-print?

    Have you tried changing the Journal type to see whether such a change allows you selecting the Journal?

    Have you implemented any adjustment that would prevent the selection of the journal?
