Dimension set and Dimension Value

Hello, because I could not find a software development license, I created a purchase invoice with the report object.

I had a problem when I wanted to assign dimensions in this run.

Because I don't know how to define the size in an existing document with C/AL. Can you help me with this?

Hi, as Marco Mels said, if you want to learn, I recommend Business Central SaaS, which does not require a development license or Object authorization.

And a lot of content has been updated on MS Learning in the past two years.

    More Details: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/browse/?terms=business%20central

If you still want to study in NAV2017, you need to purchase a development license.

An Application Developer ($8,000+), a Solution Developer (~$28,000)

    More Details: https://blog.abouttmc.com/microsoft-dynamics-nav-pricing-options

    Hope this will help.

    Thanks.

    Ahmet,

OK, that is true Partners will not share their license with Customers. If you want to learn Development, you could google around as their are plenty of You Tube and site that might offer assistance, but I am not sure how you will get a Developers License unless you can purchase one.

    Thanks,

    Steve

    Hello,

For learning, you can setup a BC trial and create a few PTE's for learning. You can do via dynamics.microsoft.com/.../.

    Thanks.

There is a partner but they do not share the license with me. I want to learn and do. That's why I'm working on report objects.

    Ahmet,

Do you have a Partner? They have a Developer License. If not, their are Forum members that maybe can help you.

    Thanks,

    Steve
