Modify Custom Ribbon

Posted on by 108

Hello,

I am currently trying to hide this button, but looks like this is a custom button. Is there a reason why the customise button and customise command grayed out? Is there a workaround? I am using ribbon workbench.

Thanks! I was able to hide the button by creating a display rule under a command already created.

Thanks! I notice that; I was able to still add a display rule or custom js for enable rule

    Hi,

You can only Hide OOB buttons.

Custom button will not have that option. You will need to delete the button from the Ribbon workbench Tool.

If you don't want to delete button then you can add Display Rule in your button which will always return false so that button is not visible.

    Hi JF,

The button will turn into gray once they have been clicked.

But you can still customize the buttons in the red circled part by clicking to choose the buttons.
