Does anyone know how I would go about calculating the average time it takes for a Lead to go from Create to Qualify?

There are 2 ways of doing this
1. PreSetState Plugin - Fires when the state of the lead changes to 'Qualify'. It then calculates the time that was taken to qualify the lead (Modified Time - Created time), and sets this value on a custom field on the Lead form (Avg Lead Time).
2. Creation of a Report - Calculating the time to close the lead through a report.
Both options are equally efficient. See what works for you!
