Trying to deploy dev vm (Cloud hosted environment) with standard SSD disks via LCS

I'd like to deploy a devtest tier-1 environment with standard SSD-disks from LCS but It just seems to be impossible. There are 2 options which are related to vm's disks:

I Enable the Premium storage settings and choose Standard LRS for Managed disk settings. I also choose DS12v2 for vm machine. With this setup it deploys a VM with HDD disks (checked from Azure portal)

However, if I choose Premium LRS for managed disk settings, It deploys a VM with Premium SSD disks. So is there a way to get Standard SSD disks via LCS at all?

I stopped the vm from Azure portal and changed the disks to Standard SSDs
