Natarajan,

Here is a KB Article, which is useful for troubleshooting GP when it is performing slow. You can use the information to ensure optimal performance before problems arise.

I also have a very technical document, specific to a Terminal Services Deployment on Virtual Machines of Dynamics GP 2010 on SQL 2008, which I would be willing to share directly with you.
