expense report review screen incomplete (TM.ERA.01)

when reviewing an expense report (TM.ERA.01), the comment field is cut off and does not display the entire entry.  anyway to customize to fix or is this a bug that MS will need to resolve?

    Hi Richard,

    I have entered bug#27402 on this issue. The workaround to display all of the characters in the comment field will be as follows:

    Open the TM.ERA.01 screen

    Enter customization manager

    select the comments field and display the properties

    you should see a Mask field on the properties window

    if you count there should be 29 X's

    this needs to be increased to 40 X's

    Once done save the customization and see if the comments field displays the full description

    Cory, thanks for the reply.

    I attempted to do this before posting but could not figure out a way to customize that screen (it is a sub screen of TMERA00 and does not have the customization option available).  Ideas?

    Hi Richard,

    After the TM.ERA.01 screen appears on the screen, select Ctrl + Alt + C. This will enter you into customization mode.
