    Hello,

If your code was developed using SDK there is no need to rewrite anything. Check this article - docs.microsoft.com/.../use-microsoft-dynamics-365-web-services and specifically following:

The .NET assemblies for the Organization service currently use a 2011 SOAP endpoint which has been deprecated. The SDK assemblies will eventually be migrated to internally use the Web API instead of the 2011 SOAP endpoint. When this happens, any code written using the SDK assemblies will continue to be supported as it will automatically transfer from the 2011 SOAP endpoint to use the Web API. This update will be fully transparent to you; additional details will be published in future SDK releases.

It's hard to say anything without seeing code and logs generated. I don't think your issue is related to Soap endpoint deprecation. Anyway it's your code so you can figure that out.

    Good luck.

    I understand,

thanks for your reply. We basically provide a software solution that allows user to generate documents file is being pushed via SOAP endpoint. it uploads but it is not decoded (BASE64) when it shows up in CRM it is still in base 64 (we have tested it using a base64 decoder).

any thoughts. What information do you need?

My thought is following - if something worked fine and stopped working - Microsoft changed it. So my recommendation - get in touch with Microsoft and open a support case to get your issue resolved.
