Inserting dynamic link into email template

I'm trying to pull in a link that is stored on the user record but it's not working. Does anyone have a suggestion? The email that arrive looks like the following:  Also, I recommend checking out [%7b%21User%3aCompany%20URL%3b%7d]our website. The template has the following line in it. Also, I recommend checking out <a href="{!User:Company URL;}">our website</a>.  The field on the user is called Company URL.

    if you hyperlink is same across all user's records. You can try below suggestion.

    Please try below

    <hyperlink><name>Click Here</name><value>{User-{Company URL}}</value></hyperlink>

    just try if it takes "User" or "Users".

    Hi,

    The best option is you can create a text field of type URL and insert your company URL in that field. Later use that field in your email template. It should work.
