Phone and Fax number depending on business and Invoice address

Hi,

I have two offices under the a Legal Entity.

1. Head Office

2. Sub Office

I have define the both address under the legal entity -> addresses. As in the contact detail I can specify phone and fax for legal entity and mark them primary and these are accessable from company info.

But I need to access the phone and fax which are defined under each address. That I have defined after clicking the Registration ID.

Please help to access these contents. The screen shot are as follow to describe.

Hi nbhatti2001,

The link between the address and the contact details is in the table LogisticsLocation. Both the LogisticsPostalAddress and LogisticsElectronicAddress tables have a Location field representing a record in the table LogisticsLocation. The value in the address is a parent location for the contact details.

Hi,

According to your description, it seems that you want to find the corresponding fax or phone number on each address on the Legal Entities page, you can follow the steps below：

Navigate to the Legal Entities page and select the address you want to view

Click the Advanced button in the more options drop-down box to come to the Manage Address page.

Open the Contact Information tab to view or edit the phone or fax
