Domain controller down, cannot work on Portal and Database server

I have  a following hardware configured as

Domain Domain Controller installed, created dynamics user account "admindyn"
DBSERV Installed SQL 2008 R2 Enterprize, Dynamics GP 2010 Application Server
PORTALSRV Installed Sharepoint services 3.5 SP2, Dynamics2010 Web Services, Dynamics GP 2010 Web Portal, Dynamics CRM 4

Most of the users using PortalSRV to fetch reports. Portal Server use dynamics user account through domain controller to DBSERV to fetch data and build report.

Unfortunately, the domain controller is crashed unable to get online on network.

Can anyone tell me if I just build another box as Domain controller, install the DNS with the same name and Active Directory as well, will this work in my situation?

Or anyone has a solution to this?

Unless you have backups of the domain controller's System State you are not going to be able to rebuild your domain.  Even if you name the new domain controller and domain the exact same names the domain clients will not trust the new domain controller (SIDs, keys, etc. will be different).

I am not an expert in Active Directory so if this is a production environment as a precaution you should engage with social.technet.microsoft.com/.../threads to see what you can do to minimize your loss.  If it is a test environment then I would just go ahead with rejoining the machines and fixing the services which are broken as a result of all the reset security.
