    Good day,

Have you any 'alternate item numbers' set up? if not you can run the dexsql.log as the user is doing an entry to determine what is happening and at what point.

    Regards

It sounds like you have a contention issue with a modification to your system.

While the user is editing the order, someone else/integration is editing the lines at the same time.

    Are you "loosing" orders too?

Have you customisation or auto imports or integrations with other systems in play?

If so check them to see if they are interfering.

    Tim.

If a document is attached to a batch id, can more than one users have access to that document?

    Good Day,

Didn't setup any 'alternate item numbers' for the item.

Document is attached with batch id but other user didn't access to that document.

No customisation or auto imports or integrations with other systems.

I can't suggest anything further on this in that case.

I recall a scenario where a document was done, the user printed the document, another user went back in and made a change but did not reprint the document to show the changes made.

The initial document was submitted and caused some issues because it did not agree with the posted document.

This is via Sales Transaction, do you think this is what is happening in your instance.
