Hi,

Happy New Year :-). Keep question, I've setup an IFRS journal (posting layer = Operations). I would like to print a trial balance only for my IFRS transactions. Is there any place where I can run such a report? or do that selection?

    Hi mtk,

    I currently do not have a AX4.0 system available but as far as I remember aren't you able to select the posting layer via the select option that is available when you open the trial balance menu item?

    Hi Ludwig,

    Indeed, I was expecting to have that option (as that exists in AX 2012) but no. there is nothing. Maybe there is another financial report having that parameter? but I don't know which one.

    Hi mtk,

    Have you tried modifying the standard query that is used in the trial balance report? By making a right click you can add 1:n and n:1 relationships to other tables. Maybe this bringst you forward?!

    yes, but, I don't know the name of the right table (where  I can select the posting layer); that will help me if you know it.

    Hi mtk,

    I do not know this for AX4.0 by heart. Do you have access to the AOT? If so, take a look at the ledger... trans tables, their content and relationships to find the right connection.
