Include "Current User" on an Entity Form

I have an entity form on my portal, in which I want to know the identity of the person who completes the form.

Referring to https://www.inogic.com/blog/2018/09/identify-the-source-of-records-created-from-microsoft-portal-in-dynamics-365/ I enabled "Associate Current Portal User on Insert", but when I tried to set the "Target Entity Portal User Lookup Attribute", I don't see one for "Created By (Portal Contact)"

I tried adding "Created By (createdby)" and that just puts "SYSTEM" into the field.

    Hi, you need to create the "Created By (contact)" field in your CDS environment first

    please go to make.powerapps.com --> solutions --> find your solution --> navigate to your entity and create a lookup field referencing the contact entity
