Yodlee Bank feed error message

Hi all,

Does anyone know the solution for the following problem with the yodlee bank feed? I have just installed the extension on a new business central entity and the error message:

Illegalargumentvalueextension Failed to register the consumer

Try the action again or specify the consumer credentials manually. 

I have subsequently tried resetting, reinstalling and going onto the Yodlee site to no avail. The specific issue seems to be my consumer credentials are blank in the yodlee setup on BC and there is no way to add?

Has anybody experienced this problem before or know of a possible solution?

    Thanks for this response and yes I am familiar with and did investigate this area.

    when a new tenant of business central is installed and a new entity created the bank feed usually creates the new consumer credentials the first time you try to link a bank account.

    For some reason the consumer credentials did not create, the error mentioned appeared and I have no means of getting credentials to enable this functionality?

    I am looking for a way to get/setup the consumer id?

    Hi,

    To add your credentials in Yodlee Setup:

    1) Open the page Envestnet Yodlee Bank Feeds Service Setup.

    2) The page opens with few fields (Others are hidden). To show the hidden fields: click on the Show Advanced Settings action on the Actions Tab as illustrate in the picture bellow. Then, enter your consumer credentials.
