When I opened the customer invoice page then I can see only the Invoice journal.

When you see less options, this might be related to a Saved View or Security permissions. Can you check what actions will be visible when you select the "Standard view" instead of "My view"?

You can navigate to Accounts Receivable > Invoices > Open customer invoices.
You should have the any one of the below mentioned roles to access this form.
1. Accounts receivable manager
2. Collections Manager

Yes I have all access, I am Administrator. Could you please tell me how I can see all menu under module tab?

Seems either you have limited access, or else this is only D365 Commerce deployment (Retail HQ).
