We would like to manage our contact us form, where the same contact/lead might submit a form multiple times over months/years. How can we do this without setting up a 'recurring' journey, (we don't want to keep pushing them through the same workflow as a 'regular interval'? We just want the ability to let the same person keep entering as and when they submit the form.

Yes, I'd say real-time marketing can help you
But, you might find that you have to create a custom event to trigger when the form is submitted.

No, it is not supported unless using a recurring journey.
You can post your proposal to Ideas forum in order to drive it to be improved.
If you just want to figure out the contacts who submitted a certain form (subscribed from a certain form) more than once, you can create a segment to achieve it.
Thanks Nya. Is this a feature that can be added? Or is there a workaround for now? Its quite limiting for contact us forms in particular...how will we know when a new submission comes through from the same contact? Whether its a few weeks apart or months apart. Appreciate your help.

It cannot be achieved unfortunately.
Since a non-recurring customer journey can be seen as a one-way pipe, the contacts who has been processed will not enter the pipe again.
