Error loading mobile app screen

I have a Dynamics CRM trial and I am trying to connect the Dynamics 365 for Mobile app to it. 

Every time after logging into the mobile app, as system admin, and selecting an application I get the below error. Can anyone advise on how to resolve the error.

We are experiencing some errors while trying to load the application...

Technical Details

Sys.InvalidOperationException Trying to call native method before device is ready at Function.Error.create.

    Agree with Stephen however before reinstalling the app try  prepare customization followed by signing out and signing in again.

    Hope this helps.

    In that past, my answer has always seemed to reinstall the app and try again as sad as that sounds. I've also had instances where it would work on one device and only have problems on another until we reinstalled the app again. I can only hope that is your solution. The mobile app can be a little temperamental.
