Call FormButtonControl from form in another class

Hello,

I need to display custom Document Titles on my report based on the FormButtonControl chosen. For example, "original" when 'Original preview' is clicked and "duplicate" when 'copy preview' is clicked. I have created a new field in my dataset table to assign the labels to be displayed on the report but how do I access the button controls from my class where I am inserting in my dataset?
