How to put breakpoint and run debugger in Controller class of SSRS report

Hi All,

I tried to put breakpoint and keyword "breakpoint" . I also tried changing table types and all that stuff. I am not able to debug the controller class.

I have already ticked operations in CIL check box.

Please help.

Its working but going through so many loops and methods and not reaching controller.

Output Menu itemButton type upon clciking it go to controller of report

Hi,

Place break point either in the main method of controller class (or) in the processReport method in the DP class. If its not hitting your break point in the above methods, place one in method preRunModifyContract of controller class.

Controller class you are referring to, Is it a standard one or a customized one? can you provide some more details.
