Hi all,
it was asked to me improve this process:
When a Salesman (all of them are Dynamics CRM user) has to visit or meet a LEAD, CONTACT or ACCOUNT an OPPORTUNITY, he has to create a REQUEST OF TRASFER (TRIP) that needs to be approved.
After the TRIP has been done, he has to make a REPORT of that transfer that will generate a request of expenses reimbursement to the same APPROVER.
Is anyone that can suggest me how we can improve that kind of workflow?
