Sales Navigator Integration

Hi,

We have a team member who has LinkedIn Sales Navigator license and a Dynamics Sales Enterprise license. Does this user need to be assigned as a system admin to finish LinkedIn & dynamics Integration?

In addition, will other team members who don't have LinkedIn Sales Navigator license but have a Dynamics Sales Enterprise license be able to use LinkedIn in dynamics?

I have the same question (0)

    RE: Sales Navigator Integration

If you have integrated the Linked in sales navigator with CRM, then you will be able to see Login page in the CRM for linked-in tab on the form. Now if user will have license then they will able to login and use, else it will not work for them.

Also I did not understood 1st question, like if it is already enabled then end user will only need LinkedIn sales navigator license and then it will work for them.

    Thank you,

Hi to clarify one thing you mention: end-user will only need a LinkedIn sales navigator role in CRM. Is this sth. Where can I make sure the user has this role?

To your confusion about Q1, my main concern was if the integration can only be done by a user who has LinkedIn Sales navigator license and system admin role?

    RE: Sales Navigator Integration

    Hello,

Basically we created a dummy role and if a user will have this role then we can show the Linkedin tab else it will be hidden from them. there is no role associated with the Sales navigator.

Generally User just need Sales navigator license and normal user role in CRM, and it will work.

For installation  I suppose you will need the global admin. Because many organizations have restriction that if you want to install any 3rd party solution in CRM then it will be possible using the global admin.
