when i open collection form it's blank even if i make all setup and take snapshot still did not get any result

Before this list page Shows a value you have to run a periodic Job that can be found under AR/periodic/collections/customer aging snapshot. Depending on the number of customers and transactions that you have, processing might take a while. So, you might need to run it in batch mode if you want to get the data quickly.

Have you tried in a Contoso environment to create a new aging period and this actually works for you?
It's good practise to try this before setup and functions in new legal entities.
Could also be that the aging period is different/incorrect.
Can you compare the name that you see in the screenshot with the one that is setup for your legal entity in the organization administration module. I believe that the setup in the orga. admin module is not fully completed in the way that you expect Yet, if you tick the checkbox and hit OK, the collections list page should get updated.

is this issue resolved? I am facing a similar issue. ageing report shows data. There is only one Ageing definition. I am a collection agent and member of the team. My employee record is mapped and I am a sys admin.
