How to define Employee Performance rating for an employee for this year & previous year ?

In HR module of D365FO, it is possible to define rating for an employee (on employee list page action pane >> compensation >> performance) as shown in the below pic.

But this not available in D365 for talent.

Scenario: For an employee 5 different performance reviews were carried out and based on the outcome of these 5 different reviews, a final rating should be give to the employee.

Where on employee we can define past and present ratings ??
