Hi there, My problem is there is an item which has got an alias(barcode) with 13 digits, and when I scan or type barcode for the system it said Can`t find item. Regards, Thomas

    Hello Thomas,

    I was unable to reproduce the issue you are describing.

    Please provide more detail about the error message you are receiving and the ILC or Alias you are using.
