Changing Date Field from General to Date Format

We created a Transaction Excel Report in MS GP 2018 using the d the Excel Report Builder.  How do we change the format of the Dates from Text or General to the Date Format?

    For Excel Report Builder, this may be a question to ask eOne as well, as they supply SmartList Builder, which ERB is a part.

    Microsoft did have ERB back in GP 2013, but I imagine it may've changed in the eOne version for GP 2018.
