We have a client with an entity that acts as a broker for their primary entity -- coordinating imports from China. As part of their process, they purchase inventory via Drop Ship PO exclusively. The broker never handles the inventory. In order to enable invoicing the parent company, we installed and configured Shipment Notification, part of the Professional Service Tools Library (PSTL). This worked fine; however, since adding the Shipping Notification tool, which is a separate install for PSTL we get the following error every time we log in to Dynamics GP:
The error causes no subsequent issues and after the user clicks OK, they can process transactions without difficulties. I have checked the forums and the Knowledge Base on PartnerSource, to no avail.
We could use a little help resolving this nuisance item.
