Focus trigger registration failed: taUpdateCosts after Shipment Notification Installed and Configured

We have a client with an entity that acts as a broker for their primary entity -- coordinating imports from China.  As part of their process, they purchase inventory via Drop Ship PO exclusively.  The broker never handles the inventory.  In order to enable invoicing the parent company, we installed and configured Shipment Notification, part of the Professional Service Tools Library (PSTL).   This worked fine; however, since adding the Shipping Notification tool, which is a separate install for PSTL we get the following error every time we log in to Dynamics GP:

The error causes no subsequent issues and after the user clicks OK, they can process transactions without difficulties.  I have checked the forums and the Knowledge Base on PartnerSource, to no avail.

We could use a little help resolving this nuisance item.

    If you email Suport they will send you the fix.  I don't have the ability to upload the file to you.

    Hi Harry,

    I am having exact problem can you please send me the new code ShipmentNotificationGP2013-PR68353.  If anyone else have this please send me the same.

    I received the updated code directly from Technical support at Microsoft. Since there is a Problem Report 68353, the Technical Support Incident should be credited back to you without problems.

    Where can I get the new file to download this fix?  I am having the same problem in GP 2015

    We were able to deploy the new code ShipmentNotificationGP2013-PR68353 in the live environment.  First we had to uninstall the ShipmentNotification Tool earlier version.  After extensive testing and use in the live environment we can now confirm the new code provided by Microsoft Technical Support resolved this issue.

    I received the following, with a new install file from Microsoft Tech Support this morning.

    This issue was documented as Problem Report 68353. The good news is that I have a new install file for you which is attached to this support case. Please try this new install in a test company to verify that the solution works for you. Please uninstall the tool and reinstall using the chunk file and stored procedure that are in the attached zip file. Let me know if you have any additional questions. Since this is a quality report within GP you will not be charged for this support case. I look forward to your update on how things go once the new code is installed.
