Skipped PO Number

Hi,

I have found two cases where the next PO number was skipped. The Po number sequence 032187 and then the next number is 032189. What happened to 032188? I cannot find this PO number anywhere, not even in the

PurchOrd, PurOrdLSDet or PurOrdDet table and the Delete PO number process has not been run either.

I Also cant recreate this.

 

Any Idea what could have happened them?
