I can't find a solution to add more fields to ACTIVITIES -> add task form. Is it even possible to customize that form?

I remember discussing with you on stackoverflow on "change field's data type", where I wanted to change textbox to Option Set. And what I've learned from you, is that it is not possible to change standard field's data type when the field is created, the solution should be to hide the field and add another custom field.
Actually it's the same topic for me, because it's the same task I would like to do. I wanted to change that data type (Subject field) in THIS form. So hiding the standard field and adding custom field instead works great on most of the forms, but not this one. Now I understand that my task is not possible to achieve in CRM 2011 online, but is possible in CRM 2013, am I right?
