Hello,
I understand Microsoft has restricted to customize close case form but our business has requirement to add more fields. What is the best way to do. Please share code or tool.
Support we customize through Ribbon workbench, will this impact to the application?

You can build a custom case resolution form, store the custom resolution fields in Case itself.
