I am trying to solve this problem for new coworkers. We use Nav 2015, my profile is set so that when I input items I can just use my search descriptions. Other users are still having to input the actual item numbers. At one point i was shown how to change the default input, but I can no longer remember.
I was assuming it was similar to how you change the default filter column for customer input. I just can't remember. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
