Hi all,
I didn't find on the web how long was the retention policy of backuped data in CRM 365 online ?
I know that we can store backups during 3 days but is it possible to restore a 2 months old backup ?
Furthermore, is it possible to download locally a backup of all my data ?

Hi Steve,
There is currently no option to store user or system backups for more than 3 days - but you can request a download of a backup through the 'Power Of Choice migration program'. Once you have the database you can restore it to a local SQL server but at this time there is no support for re-uploading to Dynamics online.
To get a copy of the database - you'll need to contact Microsoft support and ask for a 'Power of choice migration' backup.
