toggle controller shown different when the field is read only

Dynamics 365 version 9.1 - On Premise.

when the field on the form is read only it displayed as gray with white dot (Value = "Yes") - see picture.

If the field is editable when it is shown in "red" .

We want the field to be a read only field but still to be shown in red, when the value is = "Yes" .

We use toggle control (in 9.0 - we used the deprecated one - and it was shown in red also in read only mode)

I would appreciate any solution

Thanks, Oren.

    Hi,

The color is controlled by the following CSS style.

According to the link, it's a web resource in the environment but cannot be found in the web resource list.

And it's the default CSS of the Flip - Switch control.

    It cannot be customized unfortunately.
