Project ID Maintenance not showing correct headings on Project Maintenance screen

In SL 2011 SP2, the ID Maintenance, PA.IDM.00, screen, PE04 is set with a caption of Tank ID. However in Project Maintenance, PAPRJ00, the caption of Tank ID is showing on the pe_id03 field. This goes all the way to ID PE10 having the label of Qty but showing as the heading of pe_id09. Since these have different data types, there in the problem. What would cause the ID maintenance to show on the field of one less: PE04 shows on pe_id03. Project-Maintenance-properties-window-in-SL-2011-SP2.png

There was a missing ID PE02 that caused the array to be one off, causing the descriptions to be off by one position. The problem was resolved by created ID PE02 in the Control Parameter Maintenance as shown below. This most likely caused by a previous upgrade that went slightly wrong and the upgrades didn't fix it. There was a custom screen that was used up until now to correct this problem.

Just noticed that the ID Maintenance skips PE02. So if the screen utilizes an array and it is missing pe_id02 then that would explain why all the descriptions are shifted one. Now to find which table holds those rows.
