Accessing CRM 2011 from Mobile

Facing issues logging in to Mbile express for CRM 2011 on premise deployment. 

Some users are able to log in from Windows Mobile & Nokia Symbian (Not all versions of Symbian). Blackberry & other devices are giving error "http Error 401 - Unauthorized Access is denied"

Any suggestions.

    Hi Gus,

    We try logging in to the server using the CRM server URL followed by m.

    Tell the Blackberry users to try to access the server without the 'M'.

    Hi Gus,

    Tried that as well, still not working. In fact in only one Nokia Symbian handset it worked with m as yet other than windows os handsets.

    Gus, you can send me your mail id on devesh@compusoftindia.co.in I will create a dummy user in test environment where u can log in & check.
