Replenishment Purchase Requisition

Hello,

We are creating purchase requisition (PR) of purpose "Replenishment". These can either become transfer orders or purchase orders based on master scheduling and on-hand inventory. This type of PR doesn't show net or total amounts to the approver. The totals menu in PR is disabled and unit price is 0.

Why does a replenishment PR not show prices considering that it can become a PO or there may internal controls that require approval even if it just a warehouse transfer?

Thanks.

This is may be due to the Purchase agreement and item-vendor purchase agreement setup

so may be once planned orders are firmed with vendor specified document will have price specified

please verify and update us with your findings.

Thanks Nithesh. I just tried out the following scenarios:

    1. Created a purchase agreement for the item, then created a PR of purpose Replenishment, it picked up the unit price from agreement.

    2. Set the Purchase Agreement on hold, created the PR again, it didn't pick up a unit price. It's set to 0.

    3. Created a PR of type Consumption for the same item, it picked up the unit price from Product Details - Purchase Price

We don't have purchase agreements for all our items. We would like the PR to pickup unit price from either Product Details, Inventory (previous purchases)

We weren't able to figure this out and have decided to just use a consumption PR. At some point we would revisit this.

this as per standard that when you create PR items will peek the price as per Purchase Price and it cant be Inventory price
