I have the same question (0)Hi Craig,
A player is someone who earns points in game from sales metrics. Therefore, a player is typically a sales agent and/or customer service rep. A fan is an onlooker or someone that would like to participate in game but not earns points from metrics. A fan is typically management, marketing, or operations. In the fantasy sales team model a fan can earn points by selecting players to be on their team. You can also set up a separate Fan Team Award so they would not be completing against other players. The commissioner is the individual(s) who has full access to setup games, edit games, adjust scoring. The commissioner is typically a sales manager, CRM admin, or executive assistant. The game admin is similar in respect to commissioner as they can add or edit players and fans, setup FST TV and use email feature. But they do not have full access and unable to setup new games. Game admin is typically someone in IT. Please reach out if you have further questions.
Thank you,
Tina
