Re install SSRS in DEV environment.

Hi all,

My issue is the Reporting Services 2016 was uninstalled in the DEV environment. I am not sure why and who. But Im trying to re install it.

I just wanted to install the SSRS as an added feature and not to install a new instance but the installer appears to want to install a new instance? Any work around from here?

If I install a named instance of the Report Server, Is there a way to point D365 to use that Reporting Services instance?

Hi Chstr,

For the error messages, it is recommended that you follow these MS articles to uninstall an existing instance of SQL Server completely and prepare the system so that you can reinstall SQL Server.
