Subscription List: Change View of advanced find

Hello dear community,

I'm in the process of adjusting the view in the advanced find of the subscription list so that the user doesn't always have to select an existing view. Unfortunately, I can't get any further at the moment, which is why I'm asking for help here.

I have a Subscription List:

I want to add some Contacts to this List (with advanced Find)

I dont change anything in here and leave it as it is and press find/search:

In this View, I want to add the Field Company Name:

But I can not find this view anywhere. I found "View for advanced Find: Contact" on Contact Entity. It looks like this is the right one but after a change (with publishing for sure) nothing happens.

Also, I did not find any view which is connected to the one above.

Can you have a look for it please and say, where I can do this?

Thanks a lot

Ferdinand

    Hi partner,

Unfortunately this doesn't seem to be possible, this view(by design) doesn't belong to any entity so it doesn't exist in any entity's view, it's an unopened non-editable view.If you must display a view with a company name field, you can only select a view in the list and the view in the list you can edit.

    Hi Leco,

thats too bad but thanks a lot. I will use the workaround with changing the views there.

    Regards
