Using:
- Dynamics CRM Online
- Dynamics CRM App
- Android
- One Login
The Problem:
When a user opens the app they are not required to enter login details if they have previously logged into the app.
What I've Tested:
- Closing all apps.
- Closing all apps and switching the phone off.
- Changing network password, close app.
- Changing network password, close app, wait 20 minutes, restart phone.
The result for each case was that no login details were required when re-launching the app.
The Behaviour I'd Like:
If the app has not been used for 5 minutes, or the app has been closed down, or the phone has been restarted, then the user must re-enter login credentials.
I do not know where to start with a solution for this as the behaviour seems totally contrary to the expected normal behaviour. I assuming it relates to some kind of security token that is being stored on the phone, but I don't know how to affect that token - Perhaps with Dynamics CRM Online the relevant settings can be set by Microsoft?
