Concurrent users in AX

I am currently trying to find out if the company I work for is paying for too many licenses, so I need to find what the maximum number of concurrent users that get onto AX is. Is there anyway to check the number of licenses in use at a given time?

Hi Jacob

You can see the active users from the Online Users form. Check the Active Users field on the bottom left of the form.

You can reach it from the System Administration menu.

Finally, compare this value with the AX Licenses.
