We have not setup the inter company relationship and we have already created a sales order.
How do we create the purchase order in the other legal entity as we have now setup the inter company relationship.

Hi Binit Shah!
Try to re-select customer account in your sales order, i.e.:
1. Select non intercompany customer.
2. Save sales order.
3. Select intercompany customer.
4. Save sales order.
